Whispering Pines Golf Course first opened for play in 1965. The course was designed by Chet Alex.
Whispering Pines Golf Course was designed and built on the property of Chet "Pop" Alex, a PGA golf professional. In 1995 the course was sold to Bill Kingzett Jr. and a small group of investors including Bill "Coach" Kingzett and Carol Kingzett. The course has undergone dramatic changes since 1994. Over 100,000 cubic yards of dirt was moved to construct large ponds, privacy mounds, and new tee boxes. The irrigation system was expanded, as were many existing tee boxes.

You will also experience throughout your round of golf beautiful rolling hills, breath-taking views and vintage eastern white pines that line many of the fairways. In addition to the great views, you will need to navigate over and around several unique water hazards during your round.
